RESCHEDULED - Tomlinson to Host Pess Conference on House Resolution Recognizing May 20 as ‘Rescue Dog Day’

WHAT:    Rep. K.C. Tomlinson (R-Bucks) will be hosting a press conference in Harrisburg with members of the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS), Women’s Animal Center, the Humane Society of the Harrisburg Area (HSHA) and PA PitStop on House Resolution 402, which recognizes May 20, 2024, as “Rescue Dog Day” in Pennsylvania.

WHO:    Tomlinson; Kristen Tullo, PA state director for HSUS; Cathy Malkemes, CEO of Women’s Animal Center; Aspasia Yeager, HSHA operations director; and Denise Klonis, co-founder of PA PitStop.

WHEN:    Tuesday, June 4, at 2 p.m. 

WHERE:    Pennsylvania State Capitol Front Steps, 501 N. 3rd St., Harrisburg, PA.
